Submission Guidelines

Editorial requirements before you pitch

Every guest post is reviewed against the same published criteria. Word counts, reference attribution, original research, and style conventions are set out here so writers and publishers know the standard before any draft is uploaded.

The Process

From outline to final proof

01

Outline approval

Share a short outline covering the topic, target category, and main sections. The publisher confirms fit before any full draft is written.

02

Draft submission

Upload the completed draft within the agreed word count, with references and links formatted to the publisher's guidelines.

03

Editorial review

The publisher reviews the draft for accuracy, sourcing, and style, and returns notes so the writer can revise against specific points.

04

Final proofing

Once revisions are approved, a final proof is checked for formatting and links before the post is scheduled and its status is updated.

Content Standards

What every submission must meet

These criteria apply across all publishers. Checking a draft against them before submission reduces revision rounds and speeds up approval.

Composition

Original writing

Drafts must be written for the publication and cannot reuse text from other articles or previously published guest posts.

Citations

Rigorous attribution

Statistics, quotations, and claims need a named source and a working link. Original research should state its method clearly.

Style

Clear, relevant links

Links should support the surrounding sentence and point to pages that fit the topic. Use plain, consistent style conventions throughout.
